For more than three years, Daroco Bourse treats the hype of its Italian cuisine and enchants Parisians with its conviviality. This trattoria of modern times with a mirrored ceiling has split west of Paris, in a space of 430 m2, and one licks one's lips. This is THE trendy and gourmet restaurant that the 16th was waiting for. Recall the classics. In June 2016, Alexandre Giesbert and Julien Ross opened Daroco Bourse, a chic trattoria that was frightening the second, located in Jean-Paul Gaultier's former sewing workshop. After the success of this first nugget, the two friends embarked on the opening of a second address that replaces the old Zebra, with a third partner, Romain Glize. Redesigned by the architect Olivier Delannoy, the blue color Klein of this atypical place blends perfectly with the large plants scattered around the restaurant, but also with the majestic marble bar, the luminaires and the ceiling of mirrors, distinctive sign and marker element of the mark Daroco. Our favorite: the surprising and sublime fresco on the theme of water and vegetation made by the two artists Supakitch and Koralie, who poets and illuminates the place even more. What are we eating ? We find the tantalizing Italian cuisine of the first address. We love their fluffy pizzas prepared with the best flours, as well as their fresh pasta including home-made ravioli made by Italian chef Federico Schiavon, which will change every month according to seasonal produce. But the big novelties of Daroco 16 are the risottos that Federico has been working for months (special mention for the Piedmontese risotto exclusively parmesan), the mozzarella donuts both refined and wildly gourmet, the Sicilian arancini they are perfecting day by day and the Milanese cutlet the size of an elephant ear! Notice to fans of Milanese schnitzel, we heard that they had tasted more than 35 to find the perfect recipe ... It is tasted with the delicious cold Sicilian caponata, for more lightness. In short a real kiff, especially for a card below 30 €. We will not leave without tasting the dark chocolate mousse with small pieces of brownie, concocted by Fleur Guinodo, the pastry chef of Daroco. Attention first bite addictive ... It's time to come and live the Daroco experience! The festive atmosphere is guaranteed at the weekend to enjoy the exceptional cocktails of the barman Charles Tan, accompanied by a plate of Italian "salum", or a parmesan to dip in the balsamic vinegar of the chef to play it aperitivo dolce vita.
