Hotel Aurore, by the Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, will open in 2023, at 175, avenue de France (13th). It will consist of an interior garden and each of the 140 rooms and 23 suites will overlook a balcony with trees. A vegetated footbridge suspended at 28 m height will be the amazing element of the project. A second building will offer a hostel: Slo Living Hostel, with 179 beds (44 rooms).
2. The most familial: Fourcy's lodging (IVe)
Astonishing: located at 8 Place des Vosges (IVe), once rehabilitated, in 2023, this mansion house will house a social residence and a solidarity shelter of 10 "apartments" allowing modest families to be housed at modest prices. A popular university will find place. The future lodging of Fourcy is carried by Habitat and humanism and Quartus is the result of Reinventing Paris II.
3. The highest: les Jardins de l'Arche (Nanterre)

7. The most beautiful reconversion : La Poste du Louvre
The 5-star rooftop hotel of La Poste du Louvre (I) is scheduled to open in 2020 or 2021. A new life for this 1880 building that has long been Paris's sorting center. La Poste (open 24 hours a day) will remain in place.
8. The most ecolo : la Villa M (XIVe)

9. The most diverse: Morland Mixité Capital (IVe)
Boulevard Morland (IVe), in 2021, in this former building of the prefecture, there are 11 uses including a hostel of 404 beds, a luxury hotel, with 164 keys from the 7th to the 14th floor, but also housing, offices, urban agriculture, shops, a nursery, a pool, a restaurant with rooftop and a work of art on the roof signed Olafur Eliason.
10. The most artistic: Le Standard (Boulogne-Billancourt)
The Standard, in Boulogne (Hauts-de-Seine), will be in 2022 or 2023, the first hotel of this chain. Despite its name, this establishment will be out of the ordinary, with an art work in every room. Near the Musical Seine, at the forefront of Seguin Island, this hotel will also have a view of the Seine. Great art!
