Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris commits itself against the food waste
The 1800m² of land made available to the George are grown in a respectful approach to the seasons, reasoned yield and limited carbon tax. Fight against food waste. The Gastronomy Palace has formed a partnership with the Parisian start-up "Les Alchimistes", which collects and transforms organic waste from the hotel's restaurants into "made in Paris" compost. The latter feeds the soils of the Versaillais vegetable garden, whose fruits and vegetables come to garnish the starred plates of the George. The George V offers a new virtuous biosystem that closes the loop from plate to plate.
